Scheduled Training Nets and Communications Plan

WWMST District M Training Net

The weekly MST Training Net is held at 2000 hrs. local time on the W7SRZ Repeater System on all but the first Thursday of the month. All MST members and visitors are encouraged to check in.

There is a stand-alone repeater at Northwest Hospital, Northgate, Seattle: 444.825 MHz +/PL 103.5 Hz (This site is not linked to the system.)

First Thursdays

The MST Training Net for the first Thursday of each month is held on the Puget Sound Mobile Relay Group's K7MMI system. This provides extended coverage to MST regions in the southwest and northern areas of Western Washington.

There is a 2M site near Forks that was restored in July 2010, but it will not be linked before summer 2011.

WWMST HF Training Net

Thursday evenings at 1930 hrs. local on 3880 kHz in the 75M band (alternate 3899 kHz.)

This is an informal net to test equipment, conditions and generally ragchew a bit.

Washington State Emergency Net

MST members with HF equipment and privileges are encouraged to check in.
